The high-efficiency vacuum oil purifier is a special equipment used to purify unqualified electrical insulating oil in the power sector and mines. It is waste transformer oil filtration machine and used lube oil purfication machine which can be used for used transformer oil filtration, used insulation oil purification, waste hydraulic oil filtration, waste gear oil filtration, waste turbine oil filtration and etc. It can quickly remove water, impurities and gases, thereby improving the pressure resistance of insulating oil.
When used in conjunction with a transformer oil regeneration machine, it can quickly remove additives, carbon, color, reduce oil consumption and improve oil insulation performance. It can process unqualified transformer oil and dry electrical equipment online, and has the function of vacuum refueling.
with PLC control system and touch screen operation, only need 1 person on site. All data shows directly by online flow meter and moisture tester. The inlet and outlet can be interchanged.

1. Primary filter removes large particles of impurities,inlet oil pump the oil into the heater.
2. Then the heated oil enters the vacuum reactor through the solenoid valve. The three-dimensional vacuum evaporation technology is used to achieve the separation of oil and gas.
3. With the assistance of the oil pump and spray head, the oil reaches the secondary and last filter system quickly,the oil reaches a state of no impurities.
4. Gas reduces temperature through primary cooling system,most of the gas condenses into liquid and enters the water tank.
5. The remaining small part of the gas enters the secondary cooling system, with the assistance of the vacuum system complete the water and air removal quickly,achieve online drainage and exhaust.

The two-stage high vacuum pump,its speed can quickly and efficiently remove the water vapor in the oil, so that the drying degree and breakdown voltage of the oil can be greatly improved, and the filtering effect can be greatly improved, so as to shorten the oil treatment period and improve the performance of the oil.

CQMQ normally use the strong wood case for packaging to make sure the machine can be fully protected during the long time shipment. We can also make customized packaging required by the client.


If the machine is shut down for more than 30 days, we should place the machine in a dry environment,close the electric control cabinet door and all valves and painted with anti-rust grease,cover the machine.
Pay attention to changing or replenishing the vacuum pump oil on time. The vacuum pump uses special vacuum pump oil or N46 lubricant.
After every 3000 hours running, grease should be added to extend the service life of the motor.
After running the machine for a period time , check the pump shaft seal ,the operating system, the pump and the corresponding motor are operating abnormally.
