String wound filter element

CQMQ string wound filter element is made of textile fiber yam tightly circled around a porous core according to a specific process, which form a honeycomb structure with sparse outside and dense inside and has very good filtration features, so can remove suspended matter, rust, particles effectively from fluids.
PP string wound filter element can be applied to many chemical fluids like acid, alkali; absorbent cotton filter element with a stainless steel core inside can be applied to organic solvents, water, oil, alkali fluids, beverage, medicine etc.

Activated carbon filter

CQMQ activated carbon filter is a recently developed element for depth filtration, having activated carbon particles mixed with adhesive and sintered together under fairly high temperature, and then shaped by squeezing continuously. Aida activated carbon filter elements have an excellent capacity to adsorb contamination like particulate, rust, residual chlorine, peculiar smell, colour, organic compound and etc. from water with typical character as a tubular element.
A polypropylene (PP) core inside enhances its pressure resistance, two layers of super fine PP fiber felt circling around the core so it easily blocks particles larger than lOum. Super fine PP fiber felt circling the carbon so it can filter particles bigger than 10-20 um, and thus this CQMQ carbon filter element realize both functions of filtration and purification. The white sleeve on the far outside helps to beauty its appearance and keep it clean. Furthermore, soft NBR rubber end caps on both ends greatly contribute to CQMQ carbon filter element5 extraordinary sealing ability.
